You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. phark will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, or live chat.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your phark account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phark's support team immediately. phark accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.
phark reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where phark reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
All transactions on the phark Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phark accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.
Deposits are generally credited to your phark wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phark is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). phark reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
phark reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the phark account dashboard.
Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their winnings under Philippine law. phark does not provide tax advice.
phark may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Where a player attempts to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, phark reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived therefrom from the withdrawal amount.
phark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be exploited through systematic betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("bonus abuse"). phark reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
All bets placed on the phark Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by phark, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. phark reserves the right to void bets in the event of a manifest error, technical fault, or where the integrity of a game or event is in question.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface. phark reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, phark's records shall be the definitive reference. phark's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phark Platform without the prior written consent of phark.
Any unauthorised use of phark's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phark does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phark shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond phark's reasonable control.
phark's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phark's liability for death or personal injury caused by phark's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
phark collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phark Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phark implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. phark will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
phark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phark will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the phark Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phark support.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phark, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through phark's customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent phark from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
